If we can't repair your item, we'll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available we'll discuss an alternative settlement with you, and we'll always do our best to make sure that you're satisfied with the outcome.
Gift vouchers, and promotional discounts
1. You can exchange Gift Envy gift vouchers to purchase goods online at www.giftenvy.co.uk
2. You cannot exchange gift vouchers for cash.
3. If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, unfortunately no change can be given.
4. When you redeem gift vouchers online for products available via giftenvy.co.uk, you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher.
5. If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Promotional discounts
Coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by giftenvy.co.uk are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via giftenvy.co.uk, unless otherwise stated.

WeWood Warranty
Your WEWOOD® timepiece comes with a limited manufacturer defect warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions:
The WEWOOD® timepiece watch warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the watch. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.
The WEWOOD warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear or deterioration (Strap/Links/Clasp/Crown)
The life of the battery
Crystal (Glass Face)
Loss or Theft
Damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence.
Accidents (knocks, dents, cracks, broken links etc.)
Incorrect use of the watch
Damages caused by third party (e.g.battery replacement, services, repairs, link removals, alterations or damage caused by the link tool being used incorrectly).

Once we have all the details required and your watch is covered for a warranty repair the support team will email you a return form which you then send back completed with your watch.
Please do not send back the original packaging as this cannot be returned. Packaging details will be provided by the support team via email.
The WeWood UK Repair Centre will need to inspect the watch before repairs under warranty are made.
Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
